Shipping Policy

Currently only shipping within the US. All orders are shipped out from Chicago, IL. As we are a small business, orders will be packed and shipped out every Monday unless urgently requested. We appreciate your patience.

 

MEGYWONG is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, delays caused by the shipping carrier, or stolen/lost packages once marked 'Delivered' by the carrier". Once the order has been dropped off we are not responsible for any damages or loss caused by the carrier. 

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. However, we are not liable for replacing or refunding items that are confirmed delivered to the address.
